Store water - you never know when you're going to need it

Saturday, August 02, 2014 9:52 AM | Anonymous member (Administrator)

Residents of Toledo, OH have been banned from using tap water due to contamination of the supply from an algae bloom in Lake Erie.  Boiling the water is not a solution because it serves to concentrate the toxin, rather than eliminating it.  Bottled water sold out within hours of the ban.
